. This project intends to provide better conditions of living, both functionally and aesthetically. Permeable blocks allow connections between the street and the inner green space. The goal of the connections is to make a link between the public and private spaces [to the point that a boundary is not unnoticable].
. The proposal reveals that, even with a restricted budget, it is possible to create an architectural design with plausible dimensions for human living.
. With a modular organization and restrictions on the dwellings’ area, our objective was to offer a common space. The exterior area is a place for the socializing of the community.
. Each block has sixty-four dwellings, ten of them are accessible [on the ground floor]. On the ground floor, there are six commercial units facing both the street and the interior of the lot.
. SUSTAINABILITY . The large openings ensure a higher incidence of natural light and cross ventilation. The rainwater can be stored in reservoirs to supply the communal areas of the complex.

. Este projeto pretende proporcionar melhores condições de vida, tanto funcionalmente quanto esteticamente. Blocos permeáveis permitem conexões entre a rua e o espaço verde interno. . SUSTENTABILIDADE. As aberturas garantem maior incidência de luz natural e ventilação cruzada. A água da chuva pode ser armazenada em reservatórios para abastecer as áreas comuns do complexo.
