Called CROCODILO, the design aims to create a contemplative space above a pond filled with crocodiles, adding a touch of dreamlike inspiration. With two 43 square meter dwellings, each unit is situated on a different floor, accessible via a bridge connected to a helical staircase. The floor plan is designed to fulfill all necessities within a spacious open room, where the only partition is a curved glass wall that rotates around its axis. The perforated facade and large circular windows invite the surrounding landscape to become part of the interior experience.
